Some real estate agents stumbled into this industry. Jason Landry was built for it.
A SMU Cox School of Business graduate with a degree in Real Estate and Finance, Jason began his career as a financial analyst with Transwestern's Investment Sales Group — one of Dallas's most respected commercial real estate firms — where he spent nearly two years analyzing, valuing and disposing of institutionally owned office properties and portfolios across Texas. It was rigorous, demanding work that gave him something most residential agents never develop: a genuinely analytical approach to property and market valuation.
But Jason has always been more than a numbers guy.
In 2008, he stepped away from corporate life to do something most people only talk about — he traveled the world. Thirteen countries across Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Europe in under six months. The experience sharpened his perspective, broadened his outlook, and reinforced a truth that shapes how he works today: the best decisions are made by people who take the time to truly understand what they're looking at.
After returning to Dallas, Jason channeled that same entrepreneurial spirit into building a career on his own terms — eventually joining forces with his long-time friend Kyle Brinkley at Brinkley Property Group, where he has spent the past fifteen-plus years as an Associate Broker representing buyers, sellers and investors across Dallas's most sought-after neighborhoods.
Today, Jason specializes in luxury residential real estate throughout Preston Hollow, East Dallas, Park Cities, Midway Hollow, Lake Highlands, Uptown and the broader North Dallas corridor. His approach is consultative by design — he isn't in the business of selling people homes, he's in the business of helping people make smart decisions about some of the largest financial transactions of their lives. That distinction matters, and his clients feel it.
With 17+ years in Dallas real estate, $140M+ in career sales volume, and a track record of consistently negotiating above-market outcomes for his clients, Jason brings a rare combination of institutional training, local expertise and genuine personal investment to every transaction.
When he's not negotiating deals or walking properties, you'll find him enjoying all that Dallas has to offer with his family and two golden retrievers.
